WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?

• Serve as first level contact for inbound phone sales
• Apply product, industry and market knowledge to make recommendations
• Provides accurate rate quotes and binds applications of products

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

• Develops knowledge of the Quote & Bind function and systems
• Applies State Farm underwriting and eligibility guidelines to correctly price, and bind, policies according to established procedures.
• Provides accurate rate quotes and binds applications of selected products
• Utilizes the proper sales process to increase sales results.
• Works on committees regarding Quote & Bind policies, procedures, or events
• Must complete all requirements (licenses) to sell and service designated State Farm products.

ITEMS OF NOTE

• May work irregular work hours based on workload and job requirements
• Must be willing to work flexible work shifts as operation dictates
