This position is a custodial managers position in Chicago IL, Perspectives Charter School has 3 locations, This Manager reports directly to the General Manager/Director. This position will have 3 custodian leads reporting to them. The current custodial staff is approximately 20 custodians. Current cleaning systems, along with "green" cleaning methods is required experience and knowledge. Proven experience in managing multiple sites, plus full time staff in each location. Scheduling, time management, communication skills - all important.

Requirements |
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.Position Posting Title: Manager 1 - Environmental Services / Custodial
